Consegne su Appuntamento Il cliente potra concordare la consegna con il Corriere verra infatti contattato dalla sede di competenza (sms o mail o telefono a discrezione della filiale di pertinenza) successivamente alla ricezione della mail di notifica di spedizione, nel caso in cui il corriere non riceva nessuna disposizione in merito la merce andra immediatamente in consegna senza alcun preavviso.Le consegne su APPUNTAMENTO devono essere richieste inserendo il preavviso (sms o mail o telefono a discrezione della filiale di pertinenza) al costo di 2.00 Euro durante il processo dell'ordine, oppure richiedendola successivamente ad un nostro operatore preventivamente alla spedizione dei prodotti in tal caso sara il corriere a contattare il cliente almeno 24ore prima della consegna per concordare data ed ora indicativa di consegna dei prodotti. Non e possibile richiedere consegna Tassativa su appuntamento. I tempi ora indicati decorrono dalla data della conferma d'ordine inviata al Cliente. Bigprice non si assume alcuna responsabilita per i disservizi imputabili a causa di forza maggiore o a ritardi causati dai corrieri, che impedissero, in tutto o in parte, di dare esecuzione alla spedizione nei tempi indicati nel presente contratto. La fattura viene consegnata unitamente alla merce e trasmessa in caso di smarrimento della stessa dietro richiesta specifica del cliente, in allegato alla e-mail, in formato PDF, e, quindi, si considera emessa e spedita in originale. Modalita ricevimento merce La consegna viene effettuata da corrieri nazionali, tutte le informazioni inerenti la consegna vi verranno comunicate via mail.

Al momento della consegna vi preghiamo di seguire le indicazioni di ricevimento merce comunicate via mail: 1 - Verificare che i prodotti vi vengano correttamente consegnati in verticale 2 - Verificare che il prodotto consegnato sia il vostro controllando i codici prima del disimballo 3 - Verificare la quantita dei colli indicata sul bollettino del corriere 4 - Verificare che il collo sia integro in tutte le sue parti 5 - Nel caso in cui il collo abbia una visiva rottura anche se minima nell'imballo apporre tassativamente firma con riserva specifica sul bollettino del corriere es: cartone bucato, polistirolo rotto ect condizione necessaria per far valere i diritti su eventuali anomalie o danneggiamenti dei prodotti. In mancanza di tale riserva specifica Bigprice non potra intervenire in alcun modo. L’accettazione viene espressa mediante e-mail di conferma spedita all’indirizzo di posta elettronica indicato dal Cliente. 3.3. Il messaggio di conferma riportera data e ora dell'ordine e un 'Numero Ordine Cliente', da utilizzarsi per ogni ulteriore comunicazione con www.Bigprice.it. Il messaggio ripropone tutti i dati inseriti dal Cliente che si impegna a verificarne la correttezza ed a comunicare tempestivamente eventuali correzioni entro e non oltre le 24 ore dall’inserimento dell’ordine. Bigprice si riserva il diritto di variare, senza preavviso alcuno, il catalogo dei prodotti. 4.3. Qualora uno dei prodotti richiesti non sia piu disponibile, Bigprice si impegna a contattare il Cliente entro 30 giorni lavorativi dal momento dell’inoltro dell’ordine, comunicando via posta elettronica o telefonicamente l’eventuale indisponibilita e potenziali soluzioni alternative.
